For instance, Sunoco's ME2 pipeline demands that OUR OWN property cannot be re-mediated (namely - get the silt socks out!) until the entire pipeline has reached 70% re-growth ... NOT 70% on OUR property... but 70% on the ENTIRE 500+ mile line!
This is not Sunoco's fault and, in fairness, without proper regulation you risk issues like the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
But sometimes these regulations can be a burden to the average Pennsylvania Farm.
